Carla joined Cohen Forman Barone as a Partner in 2015, bringing over 12 years of matrimonial litigation and mediation experience to the firm. While at Raoul Felder & Partners, Carla handled a variety of complex jurisdictional issues involving international jurisdiction, international service of process, matters involving the Hague Convention as well as difficult matters involving the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act (UCCJEA).

She is a frequent lecturer on matrimonial law issues and published articles for the Connecticut Law Tribune and co-authored a chapter in a multi-state continuing legal education resource entitled A Practical Guide to Divorce in Connecticut.
