Harrison Beitler
Immigration Associate
Mr. Beitler represents clients in a variety of family-based immigration matters before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), as well as in proceedings before the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) and the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA). Before joining the firm, Mr. Beitler served as an Assistant Chief Counsel with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in New York. During his five years with ICE, he represented the government in removal proceedings before the EOIR and BIA. Mr. Beitler earned his law degree from Tulane Law School in 2020, graduating cum laude. He is licensed to practice law in New Jersey.
