Eric Ulrich’s bench trial continued today in Manhattan Supreme Court. The Court spent a full day on the prosecution’s evidence: hours of secretly recorded conversations, intercepted text messages and surveillance photographs.
After more than 10 hours of testimony from the State’s witnesses, one thing is still missing. There is no evidence that Mr. Ulrich ever agreed to let anyone influence his decisions as a public servant.
